Good day, my name is Radoslaw Bugaj, and since 2003, I have been passionately involved in the Transport, Freight Forwarding and Logistics sector. I specialize in road transport, international freight forwarding, intermodal transport, and logistics solutions for the FMCG and pharmaceutical industries.
About me
My experience spans the Polish, British, Irish, French, and Italian markets. Working in such diverse environments has allowed me to learn and implement effective logistics optimization methods, which I now apply in practice.
I hold a FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding and a Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Transport of Goods. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management from The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport in Dublin and a master’s degree in Domestic and International Supply Chain Management from the University of Economics in Katowice. Additionally, I have completed postgraduate studies in HR Business Partnering and Occupational Health and Safety Management.
Since 2019, I have specialized in headhunting and consulting for companies in the transport, freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain and e-commerce sectors, supporting over 100 enterprises in achieving their goals. I have conducted thousands of recruitment processes, enabling me to understand both employers' needs and candidates' expectations.
